Caprons Pond is a 12-acre pond located in Worcester County, Massachusetts. It is nestled within the Blackstone River and Canal Heritage State Park in Uxbridge, Massachusetts.

Boston is 46 miles northeast of the pond, and Worcester, Massachusetts, is 16 miles northwest.

A Gorgeous Park System

Caprons Pond is one of two in the 1,000-acre state forest, the other being Rice City Pond, only a mile north.

Caprons offers visitors and residents a gorgeous park that is an excellent location for a picnic, watching the cascading waterfall, or casting a line out! Anglers should expect to catch brown bullhead, carp, and largemouth bass.

Rice City Pond is a scenic location for a hike, offering visitors two miles of easy trail that wraps around the water. Anglers can cast a line here as well. Typical species caught here are common carp, largemouth bass, and mirror carp.

Other activities that the park offers are horseback riding, mountain biking, hunting, and during the winter, cross country skiing.
